Services

Sandblasting: All mediablasting is performed in house by an experienced operator. We use fresh kiln-dried Green Diamond (made in the U.S.A.) on every job and blast to near-white metal (white-metal SP-5 blasting available upon request). Our blast booth is permitted and maintained in accordance with all current laws and regulations. Effective 1/1/2024 there is a $400.00 minimum charge for sandblasting service. 

Painting: All painting is performed in house by industry-trained painters in our 800 sqft booth. We have the equipment and capabilities to spray any type of liquid coating to any specification. We specialize in painting trucks, trailers, and equipment but can tackle any job with sophisticated coating specs. Our painting practices are in accordance with all local and federal laws and regulations and we maintain all necessary permits. Effective 1/1/2024 there is a $1,000.00 minimum labor charge for painting services. 

Materials: We use only high quality name brand paint materials from PPG and Axalta IMRON. We take pride in sourcing all of our paint materials through locally owned vendors such as Reno Paint Mart and Reno Brake, Inc. 

Our blast media, Green Diamond contains no free-silica and is sourced in Riddle, Oregon USA . We utilize their 30/60 extra-fine and also sell that grade in 50 lbs. and 3,000 lbs. bags. Special orders for Green Diamond medias can be facilitated here. 

Bodyshop: We are a licensed Body Shop in the state of Nevada since 1996.
